Punch and die wear possibly due to poor or abrasive granulation or formula.
Isometric coating forms a tenacious bond to the basis metal. It therefore forms an unbreakable bond allowing the micro finish coated surface to be an excellent anti-stick application having an extremely low coefficient of friction benefit. as an added feature of isometric coating it improves the original rockwell hardness and
extends the life of the tooling 5 x 9 times longer where the coating is applied.
